  The company passed ISO9001 quality management system in 1999 and runs in accordance with requirement of quality system from product design to order production. In order to meet the need of ROHS of European union environmental protection, the company establishes perfect environmental protection system from management of harmful substance of raw materials to effective control of production process. ROHS and GP certification are obtained at present.
The company also established product R&D center in Taiwan, lightning protection laboratory, current fuse laboratory and product reliability laboratory in Dongguan according to characteristic of product and need and purchased internationally advanced equipments such as 10*700 telephone lightning protection test device, power line connection test device, digital oscilloscope, automatic IT test device, constant temperature and constant humidity test machine and thermal percussion test device, etc and ensures product’s quality and reliability from product design and production to make user relieved.
The company implements the comprehensive quality management and adopts production mode prevailing in the world at present so as to reduce defective product and shorten the production cycle of product and make quality management visualized. The quality management department of the company has IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC and QE under control and strict inspection is conducted from incoming material to delivery. Defective product is never allowed to arrive at the customers.
The product has obtained safety certification such as UL, CUL, CCC , CQC and KC in all countries. |
